Dr. Kyle Lee, DDS — Board-Certified OMS
Part-Time Associate Oral Surgeon
Dr. Kyle Lee is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. His naval career included service with 2nd Dental Battalion at Camp Lejeune and as ship's oral surgeon aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford during its first deployment. Dr. Lee has special interests in orthognathic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, and TMJ procedures. He currently serves as an attending surgeon in the NMRTC Portsmouth residency program.
Dr. Brad Trotter, DDS — Board-Certified OMS
Lead Surgeon
Dr. Brad Trotter completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth after earning his dental degree from Indiana University. He served 13 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy, reaching the rank of Captain in the Naval Reserves. Dr. Trotter has 25 years of private practice experience and currently serves as attending staff at the Portsmouth OMS residency program. He continues to give back through community service with Mission of Mercy, Donated Dental Services, and Give Kids a Smile.
Dr. Koby Ferguson, DDS — Board-Certified OMS
Part-Time Associate Oral Surgeon
Dr. Koby Ferguson is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Commissioned in the U.S. Navy in 2012, he completed his OMS residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego and served at Naval Hospital Guam and Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Dr. Ferguson specializes in orthognathic surgery, implant surgery, and reconstructive surgery. He is an attending surgeon at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth residency program.

My recent experience at Hampton Oral and Facial Surgery was great! I visited Dr. Trotter for wisdom teeth extraction. All of the staff at this office were extremely nice and the nurses that assisted Dr. Trotter were super helpful and knowledgeable! Dr. Trotter also called and checked up on me later in the evening after the surgery took place.
Dr. Trotter and his staff were awesome when my granddaughter had her wisdom teeth removed. She was treated very well throughout the whole process and Dr. Trotter called us a few hours after the surgery to see how she was doing. Highly recommend!

I had my 3rd tooth extracted from Dr. Trotter this morning with great ease. My husband is also a patient at this practice and is preparing for dentures. Dr. Trotter stayed after hours to accommodate discomfort he was experiencing, unheard of in this day and age. I would recommend this practice to EVERYONE!!!
Dr. Trotter is an excellent oral surgeon. I met Dr. Trotter and staff April 2016 when my daughter got her four wisdom teeth pulled. I would tell anybody that he’s one of the best out there and has great bedside manners. Dr. Trotter’s staff makes sure you know the cost of everything so that you won’t have any surprises later. So I highly recommend Dr. Trotter and staff for all your oral surgeon needs.
